So what should we be drinking?
Spring water. This is the cleanest, healthiest, purest form of hydration for our bodies. Bar none. From deep within the earth, untouched by pollution, chemicals, and the harmful effects of our population's activities, this water is held and infused with the earth's minerals, and energy. It is water designed entirely for ultimate hydration and is available (or at least was before dams, urban sprawl, groundwater contamination, and lawsuits that make private landowners shut natural springs down) to everyone, everywhere.
It's still there though, and still readily available, thanks to the efforts of not only our resilient Mother Earth but to people all around the world who are working to ensure that water does not become privatized and controlled by huge corporations, that everyone has access to this basic right, and that natural springs are clearly marked, mapped and the information given to the public.

Ask locals and especially old-timers in your area, or older relatives and friends, because people used to gather from springs for all their water needs without thinking twice.
