  1. I watched a documentary which said high doses of Niacin(vitamin B3) works for severe depression.

    Also, for mild to moderate depression a video said to eat a handful or so of cashews.

    I have tried the cashews & they seem to be a good "pick me up" so it may be worth a try for others.
